Chingay at HDB

Was going to send Ken for ICT. Along the way out from our carpark area, saw a huge crowd standing near the roadside. Surprised! from far can see the colorful vehicles turning to the neighbourhood. They having Chingay at HDB! The kids get so excited seeing those colorful vehicles. Quickly get ken to take a few shots while I 'm driving.
