Birthday at workplace

San-d, Aarti and Mary had a surprised for me during lunch time. They bought a cake when Aarti went to bring student to see a doc. So she went to buy a birthday cake for me. I didn't notice it coz the clinic was so busy.... During lunch, Mary suddenly ask for lighter and San-d said she had it. Mary was saying that she want to have a smoke.
Me:????? I didn't know Mary smoke???? oh wat's ever...
Then, San-d was saying my flower drop (gift from Ken) ask me come into the nurses room to take a look. So I went in and saw the cake! Another surprised!!!!! Hahahhah my birthday cake!!!! choc... my all time fav..... yummy......

It is also some fund raising for the lower school and they all dress up like street kids selling their home make stuff or performing with their musical instruments. San-d had ask a group of kids to come into clinic to play their musical instruments. So they played saxophone and guiter. They played happy birthday song!!!! Another surprised for the day. Too bad forgot to take some pics during that moment. Happy Plus x10times!
